How halogen automotive bulbs work
Made of spiral tungsten wire, is made to glow by an electric current so that it emits light. Its position is precisely standardized.
The glass bulb made of quartz or tempered glass filters UV radiation and withstands high temperatures. The halogen gas filling enables a higher operating temperature of the filament and leads to a higher light output.
Approximately 550 hours
Connects the bulb to the vehicle electrics and is exactly standardized, e.g. H4, H7.

How to Maintain Maximum Visibility
Over time, all automotive bulbs gradually lose brightness, even if they are still working. This can significantly impact your ability to see obstacles, road signs, and pedestrians.
Best Practice:
Replace your car’s bulbs every 2 years to maintain consistent brightness and optimal night driving visibility
Why Are My Headlights Dim or Flickering?
Dim or flickering headlights are often caused by aging bulbs, poor connections, or faulty wiring. These issues can reduce visibility and increase the risk of accidents.
What You Should Do:
Replace worn-out bulbs immediately and have wiring checked if the issue persists. Timely maintenance improves both safety and performance.
